**Q: How is the cloud phone billed? **

A: The model adopts a combined prepaid + postpaid model, including board card rental fees (prepaid, monthly), bandwidth fees (postpaid, monthly peak rate of 95%), IP usage fees (prepaid), and network storage fees (postpaid). The minimum rental unit is one ARM server. See the [Product Billing] (/cn/billing/) document for details

**Q: Is there still an accounting fee after the case is shut down? **

A: Only network storage instances support shutdown logic. No operating costs are calculated after shutdown, but storage resources still incur costs. Stop all billing after completely deleting the instance
